Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you may submit a cancellation request through any of our customer service channels. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, with no cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, once the package has been delivered, you may initiate a return process. To do so, please follow the return instructions provided on the package or contact our customer service team for assistance.

3. Refund Process
Processing Time: After we receive your cancellation request, refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days once your request has been approved.
Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to your original payment method used at the time of purchase.
